Terms and Conditions
1. I accept responsibility for my Healing Little Hearts collection box. I undertake to use the collection box solely for the benefit of Healing Little Hearts (Registered Charity No. 1130194 England and Wales). I will return the box to Healing Little Hearts if/when requested to do so.

2. I agree to abide by the statutory Laws regarding the collection of monies for their charitable purposes.

3. I agree that I will use my best endeavours to keep the collection box secure.

4. I am 16 years of age or over.
I agree to deposit all monies collected in the collection box to Healing Little Hearts.
